Casale Primavera is a relatively young agricultural company with old olive and hazelnut trees. Olives and hazelnuts are cultivated in a natural and biological way. We welcome you for a delightful stay with the famous Italian cordiality. A fully furnished house divided over two floors is at your disposal. The apartment has its own entrance by means of an antique stone staircase and is suited par excellence for between two and three persons.

Our farmhouse consists of two fully independent houses of which one is inhabited by the owner and his family. You can be certain about an optimal privacy with the advantage of the presence of a discrete owner. If you wish, the owner is always at your service. Garden, garden furniture and the whole domain (2 Ha) are at the disposal of our guests. In the garden, a round seat is surrounded by very old trees that make a salutary shadow in summer. There is wireless Internet in and around the house.

Taking the train at Tre Croci station will take you to the centre of Rome in about 75 minutes (St. Peter station). Moreover, you're very near to medieval cities, etruscan culture, splendid nature, mediterranean and vulcanic lakes. The farmhouse is situated in the country, but its position is not isolated. At short distance you will easily find shops, pizzeria's, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
